Description of Rights

This purchase represents the acquisition of a Pacifica Future Land Parcel Allocation within the proposed Pacifica development project in Tuvalu.

The Purchaser's rights under this allocation are subject to the terms and conditions of the Pacifica Future Land Parcel Program and any associated agreements issued by the Seller.

In the event that the Pacifica project receives the necessary governmental approvals and proceeds to development, the Seller intends that the Future Land Parcel Allocation represented by the UID above will be eligible for conversion into a corresponding parcels of titled land, leasehold interest, strata title, or equivalent property right within the Pacifica development, subject to the final approved master plan, applicable laws, regulations, and project documentation.

This purchase does not constitute a registered land title, legal interest in existing land, real property ownership, securities offering, or guarantee of project approval.
